Demo Access Agreement — Version 1

1. Confidentiality. All information accessed through this demo environment, including software features, UI design, data models, and workflows, constitutes proprietary and confidential information of PlutoVault. You agree not to disclose, publish, or share this information with any third party.
2. No Reverse Engineering. You will not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or architecture of any PlutoVault software.
3. No Security Testing. You will not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, credential stuffing, automated exploitation, or any other form of security assessment against this environment or any connected PlutoVault systems.
4. No Automated Access. You will not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated tools to access, index, or extract data from this environment.
5. Credential Use. Demo credentials are for your personal evaluation only. You will not share credentials or allow others to access the demo through your session.
6. No Commercial Exploitation. You will not use information obtained through this demo for competitive analysis, product benchmarking, or any commercial purpose without prior written consent from PlutoVault.
7. Enforcement. Breach of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access and legal action, including claims for injunctive relief, damages, and attorneys' fees. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
